Massage Gift Certificate
You will be gifting a 75 minute therapeutic massage, that can include a body reading.
As a body reader, Shakti will scan the physical, mental and emotional body.
A reading of the energy body (or chakras) can also be included.
After this assessment,
Shakti will give the massage treatment providing balance where needed.
This session is normally $108.
Reiki Session
Reiki is a ancient system of healing from Tibet. It was rediscovered in Japan in the late 1800's by Mikao Usui. In early 1900's Usui attuned many students, Dr. Chujiro Hayashi became one of the first students of Usui to recieve the Reiki Master attunement in 1925. Thus giving him the ability to attune other students into all levels of Reiki.
When Dr. Usui passed away in 1926, Dr. Hayashi carried forth Master Usui's legacy. He only attuned two students (of his many students) to Master level Reiki.
Mrs. Hayayo Takata of Hawaii was one of them. She had travelled to Japan for a cure to her illnesses and as a result of her healing, became a dedicated student of Dr. Hayashi.
She began a worldwide sharing the healing power of Reiki, being the vehicle who brought the gift of Reiki to the US and Canada. Mrs. Takata continued to teach Reiki until her death in 1980. Of her many students she attuned 22 as Reiki Masters. Those 22 were the ones that spread Reiki worldwide.
In 1993 Shakti was attuned to Reiki Level 1. After a few years of working with and watching these new energies transform her life, Shakti was then attuned as a Reiki Master. Shakti and her Reiki Master are fortunate to be some of the few in direct line from Master to Student from Dr. Usui.
Shakti has shared her Reiki gifts with thousands across the globe in private sessions, remote sessions and by incorporating Reiki into her massage sesdion.
